New Release – Sands of Eppla

When one falls in love at first sight or not at all, love is rare.

Cassandra lives in a world where you fall in love at first sight—or not at all. Too bad she’s blind, and being blind makes her not only immune to love, but also a criminal. She must now live alone or face being sentenced to a life of slavery.

Though she’s grown accustomed to her solitude, everything changes when Cassandra stumbles across a mysterious man in her domain. A royal soldier is hunting Nikon down, endangering her freedom as well. If the warriors discover her, she’ll be bound by the law. Not willing to risk slavery or death, Cassandra abandons her familiar home and ventures into an unforgiving world with Nikon.

Forced to trust a man she doesn’t even know, Cassandra finds she’s drawn to him even though a relationship between them is impossible. And she can’t afford any distractions. If they don’t stay one step ahead of the warriors, Nikon will be imprisoned and she enslaved. Cassandra must use all the senses she has left if they’re to remain free.

New Release: Mother of the Chosen

New Release Time!

I’m thrilled to have my latest book released, Mother of the Chosen. It has been in my head for a long time, so it see it finally coming to light is beyond awesome. Adriella, the main character, has always wanted a child. When she finally becomes pregnant, a royal decree says that any child must be killed to protect the High King from prophecy. What ensues is a mad dash for Adriella and her baby’s life.

Reviews are coming in and people are loving the series as much as I enjoyed writing it. As a warning–yes, it does end in a cliffhanger, but the next book should be coming out the end of July. So, you shouldn’t have too long of a wait until Adriella’s story continues.

Links are below. Let me know what you think. I’d love to hear your opinion!

Be careful what you wish for…

Adriella is pregnant with the child she’s always wanted.

She can’t wait to share the joy with her husband. Prophecy has other plans. The countryside is a ablaze with rumors of a soon-to-be-born child who will destroy the High King.

A royal decree demands the death of any child who could threaten the throne, including Adriella’s unborn baby. Worse, her husband is one of the soldier’s enlisted to carry out the king’s demands.

Now Adriella must keep her secret and flee, rather than celebrate with her spouse.

With the High King’s men searching for anyone who defies him, the country is full of grieving parents, and the streets run red with the blood of the innocents. Adriella knows her chances of survival are slim, but she’ll sacrifice everything to stay one step ahead of the law.

If she can’t evade capture, she’ll lose the one thing more precious to her than her own life—her child.

Becoming a Patron

A little story for you about my writer’s process. I have a ton of books going on at a time. Lot and lots of writing is always happening. Not only that, but I’ve committed myself to writing even more than usual, which means more books, right? Not quite. Here’s a look at what I’ve got going on right now:

  • Death’s Assassin (Death’s Queen #4)
    • At the the proofreader’s
  • Super Secret Fantasy Book #1
    • Waiting to go to the copy editor’s
  • Super Secret Fantasy Book #2
    • Writing
  • Shadow of Things to Come
    • Beta Reading
  • Light of Things that Were
    • Writing
  • Unnamed YA Fantasy
    • In need of beta reading

Six books in progress. Six! That’s so many, and doesn’t even count some of the half finished manuscripts I’d like to get publish one day. Here’s the thing, I have time to finish these all, but what I don’t have are the funds to. Publishing a book is expensive. There’s editing, beta reading, proofreading, cover art, promotion, and more that gobbles up all my earnings. Why am I telling you this? Good question!

Here’s where you come in.

I want to give you all the books. I want to share my work with you, and maybe pay a bill or two along the way. You can help do that PLUS get extra content along the way. You want all my books, an inside look at what I’m doing, a chance to live stream with me, have your questions answered, and more. Guess what? You can all by going here and picking a level.

If you work with me on this, I would be forever grateful! If you have any questions or things you’d like to see more of, please let me know. I love interacting with you and getting your input on things.
